Rocket League Has Officially Gone Free to Play

Rocket League® for Nintendo Switch - Nintendo Game Details

Free to play on all platforms.

Rocket League is now free to play on all platforms as of today.

As you may recall, Psyonix was acquired by Epic last year, making them owners of the intellectual property Rocket League, the hit game that’s been going strong since 2015 since its debut on PS4 and Steam.

Rocket League is now free to play on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC – via the Epic Games Store.

While the Steam version of the game has been delisted – you’ll be able to still play on the platform as long as you own the game. As for all the new users playing on PC – the game will only be free to play on the Epic Games Store.

For a limited time- if you download Rocket League through the Epic platform, you’ll receive a $10 voucher available to use on any title.
