You’ll be able to tinker with Fallout 76 first on the Xbox One.
Fallout 76 B.E.T.A is releasing on all platforms announced at E3, but it seems it’s coming to Xbox One beforehand.
You’ll be able to play the beta on Xbox One first, while PS4 and PC will get it at a later date, noted on the Fallout 76 FAQ section.

Q: WHEN AND ON WHAT PLATFORMS WILL THE FALLOUT 76 B.E.T.A. BE AVAILABLE?
A: The B.E.T.A. will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC (via Bethesda.net). Stay tuned for exact timing for each platform here and @Fallout on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Please note that the B.E.T.A. for Xbox One will begin first, followed by other platforms.
If you’d like to opportunity to receive a code for the beta test, you’ll need to pre-order the game on the Xbox One Store, PlayStation Store, or Bethesda.net eShop in order to be eligible. More details such as the timing of the beta will be revealed at a later date.
