Report: Bandai Namco Working on Development for Metroid Prime 4

The Metroid series falls in the hands of Bandai Namco for now.

According to a verified report from Eurogamer, it seems that the rumors from earlier this week suggesting Bandai was working on Metroid Prime 4 were accurate.

After a shocking reveal during Nintendo E3 recorded presentation, the world came to shock when Nintendo threw a hail mary by announcing development of a new Metroid Prime game.

Bandai Namco has worked on several recent Nintendo projects, including Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U and Pokken Tournament as well. With the Switch seeing success in the gaming industry, developers are flocking in with new games as well as ports to the Nintendo Switch. You can bet Nintendo will keep bringing their heavy hitters to the table as well.

With the news of Bandai Namco reportedly working on Metroid Prime 4, how does that have you feeling with Retro out of the question? For now, all we have to phantom is this pretty splash screen of the reveal trailer
