After suffering season ending injury, Zach LaVine sets to make team & season debut this Saturday at the United Center.
The Chicago Bulls have announced that Guard Zach LaVine will be making his Bulls debut against division rivals Detroit Pistons on Saturday, January 13th at home in the United Center.
LaVine started off his career in Minnesota with the Timberwolves before being shipped to Chicago in part of the blockbuster trade that involved sending 3 time All-Star Jimmy Butler to the T-Wolves at the 2017 NBA Draft Night. LaVine played 47 games last season before tearing his ACL last February.
He’ll be on a 20 minute restriction this Saturday. Other assets from the blockbuster trade have been panning out for the Bulls so far. SG Kris Dunn has seen an improvement an a breakout after a disappointing rookie campaign with Minnesota, while No. 7 pick Lauri Markkannen has shown resemblances and praise from Dirk Nowitzki
