Nintendo has announced the departure from the production line for the New Nintendo 3DS on their official Japanese website. The company plans on butchering productions for the White and Black models being sold in Japanese retailers as well as online.
The production ending only complies to the small model, meaning that the New 3DS XL is still being pressed in factories at the time being. The model originally released in October 11th, 2014 in the region of Japan. You may remember last fall, Nintendo announced the production for the Wii U had came to an end on their official website as well.
