After long speculation of why the Pro Controller hasn’t been available to pre-order within the United States, it looks like we have a reason now
The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is a marvelous controller coming of as an improvement to the Wii U Pro Controller. From an ergonomic standpoint, it looks a lot like an Xbox One controller, but has a built in NFC chip that allows you to put your amiibo figures and cards into action.
With all legal issues aside, it looks like the Pro Controller will finally be able to be in your hands… well almost. It’s launching alongside the Switch on March 3rd in most countries but the FCC (Federal Communication Commission) just recently approved the Pro Controller filing. You could wise up on all the FCC filings right here if you so chose to do so.
