More than likely you’ve heard about recent fan-based Nintendo projects have had to call it a day because of DMCA strikes unfortunately bringing it’s distribution to a halt, even if the game was free to download. Pokemon Uranium came to the same realization as well. It’s been a couple of weeks now since all the stirred commotion of the controversy of it’s shutdown being taken (the fan project was in the works for 9 years).
Although the developer promised to keep support for those who downloaded the fan project, the Uranium team informed us on Twitter that the game is done how it is, and no further updates nor download pages will be made available.
