Miyamoto Says Nintendo Will Be ‘More Aggressive’ With It’s IP’S

Shigeru Miyamoto has expressed that Nintendo needs to advocate it’s IP’s by pushing them more to core extents. The company wants to ensure these existing Intellectual Properties don’t get lost and get the attention they deserve. One way the company is practicing this already is through amiibo. What makes us ponder even more is the answer was given when somebody asked Miyamoto on the NX.

“We are going to be far more aggressive in using our IP, and not just stop with licensing, as in the past. The first example is Amiibo. We want our IP to better reach more children, and smart devices is just one vehicle.”
