The previously announced update that would be coming to the 3DS version of Smash Bros. is now live and available for you to download from the eShop. This is one of the various updates that has been required to update the game in order to sustain some bugs or problems that have been minimal, but the game has been presented with.

With the 1.0.4 version update, the update brings some balancing issues into order, though it’s just mentioned that some ‘Game balance adjustments to some characters and some stability issues and minor adjustments’

The update is required in order to play local multiplayer matches and online play, players who do not download the update will be unable to participate in those playing conditions.
