The week has come to a closing once again ladies and gentlemen! This week, Sakurai went on to give us more details for Smash Bros. for 3DS. Today’s picture shows the touch screen portion of the game, A.K.A the bottom screen. It shows Mario, Link, Samus, and Sonic with their logos and if someone is a player or a computer. You’ll name will appear above the damage percentage, according to Sakurai’s post on Miiverse. Here’s what Mr. Sakurai had to say on Miiverse for today’s screenshot
Pic of the day. Here’s a first look at the bottom-screen display for the Nintendo 3DS. Your name will appear in the area above the accumulated damage. And if you tap one of the fighter displays…!
But we’re not done yet! Sakurai wouldn’t leave us with a cliffhanger of how the actual top screen portion looks like. Sakurai went on to say that one of the advantages of the 3DS version was the ability for each player to have his/her each screen. He went on to say that you can highlight your own characther on your screen, making it easy for you to keep track where your character is. Here’s the screenshot provided by Mr. Sakurai as well as his comment on Miiverse;
You can highlight that fighter on your screen. This is useful when you want to get back at a particular opponent. You can also highlight yourself if you need to keep better track of where you are. This is a great benefit to having your own individual screen.
